Astorya Boutique Hotel & Spa - Banja Luka

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location directly on the Main Street was perfect for exploring the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind. our experience here was excellent.

The staff here were friendly and the location was great for our one-night stay; we also enjoyed visiting a unique and diverse bar nearby in the evening.

The staff was amicable, the food was great too. Only 10 min walk to downtown. There is simo matavulj estate bus station so close to the hotel if you'll need to take a bus...

The breakfast was really great, and the staff was quite friendly. The location is conveniently close to all the main attractions. , the parking space was quite useful, and the room had a nice view.

The internet was incredibly slow, which was really frustrating as it was hard to look up things to do in the area, and communication with the outside world was non-existent. the hotel lacks proper sound insulation, and I could hear everything happening in the next room which didn't make for a restful stay.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay near the city center. the location is very convenient and close to town. the staff is lovely and friendly. They really make an effort to accommodate guests' needs, such as providing vegetarian options. the rooms are clean and modern with good amenities like bottled water in the room.

The breakfast could be improved with more fresh options.

We loved staying at this hotel in this city. The rooms were verynice and neat, decorated with modern fixtures. The location was great as it was so close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were very good too ensure we had a pleasant stay. the parking was free and secure, a bonus.

Everything was spot on.

This hotel had nice staff and a comfortable bed. the breakfast was good enough to fill our tummies and we appreciated the free parking. the best part was the sound insulation - we hardly noticed the nearby wedding party. Plus, the clean room didn't smell of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is allowed in the country. It was also well-maintained and had a good location.

One inconvenience was the issue with the payment. We booked through a website and had confirmation of our payment, but the staff insisted on charging us again, causing a delay in our plans.
